What is Samadhi Yoga?
To truly understand what Samadhi Yoga is,
one must
first comprehend what Samadhi is. Samadhi is an ancient
Sanskrit word that is several thousands of years old which means, the bliss from transcending the mind. The word Yoga
means Union with God, and so one might conclude that
Samadhi Yoga is what happens when you transcend the
mind and become unified with the Divine.
Samadhi Yoga is a powerful and practical path to ascension. It is
unique from other types of Yoga in that it is continuously
arousing, awakening
and connecting with the Kundalini. The
Kundalini is our vital life force which will naturally
transport the body and mind into
experiencing profound states of bliss and eventually
Samadhi Consciousness.
Anyone who does it consistently can increase their vibration and
experience profound states of bliss, joy and even enlightenment.
The
difference between Samadhi Yoga and any other yogic practice is that
the emphasis is on reaching Samadhi (bliss) through awakening
the Kundalini. The Kundalini is aroused in the Sushumna
channel (center of the spine) through sensual openness, sexual arousal, conscious breathing (Pranayama),
a
combination of yogic movements, postures (Asanas) and
a firm clarity of intention.
Samadhi yoga is not geared towards pushing the body into long
painful stretches physical exertion. Rather, its about opening
ones sensuality, sexuality and allowing it to merge with their
spirituality. Samadhi is about slowing down to complete
stillness while the Kundalini is awake and alive in the sex
center.
HOW DOES SAMADHI YOGA INITIATE YOUR
ASCENSION INTO THE 5TH DIMENSION?
The mind's attention in your Samadhi yoga
practice is completely upon opening up the Kundalini channel
with the breath. Once it is aroused through shaking,
undulations, grounding, the body feels an erotic tingling up the
spine with each inhalation and exhalation.
After this occurs,
and you are enjoying the blissful sensations exploding
throughout your body, you stop all movement, become completely
focused on the the stillness in the Sushumna channel, and
surrender into deep stillness and silence inside. The mind/ego
is dissolved into the bliss at this point, which is the
foundation of the ascension practice.
When we become aligned with our sensual
body and awaken our sexual power within, the Kundalini feels
free to rise. When she moves up the spine every breath can feel
like ecstasy. By continuously following the rise and fall of the
breath, we can tap into bliss all day long.
The breath is our golden passage to find
the experience of the Divine God Source that is here now.
Through a very slow, conscious movement of the body in harmony
with the breath you'll soon find the mind naturally dissolves
and what's left is pure awareness.
Great inner peace and stillness is found
when the Kundalini is active and we rest into the silence core
center of awareness in it. This is the Divine flow state. It
arrives only through a complete lack of effort to strive, reach
or try to attain any higher state.
We must naturally open and
relax into what is to discover the
5th Dimensional Consciousness. Through a deep surrender through the body you
are relaxing the mind and unifying with this Source.
You'll soon find that this awesome state of Samadhi finds you!
The Samadhi experience is so expansive
that we need sensuality and sexuality for spiritual grounding.
To integrate bliss into your body requires a light diet, solid
physical health, open emotional connection, healthy social
environment, mental clarity, sensual/sexual arousal, and a
fierce laser-like focus to initiate a
Kundalini Awakening.
With all of these factors present we can
play with the Kundalini, allowing her to rise up the spine fully
and open ourselves to the intention to uncover the real bliss of
Samadhi. This is the greatest journey in life and the highest
spiritual peak of human consciousness.
I had a full blown
Samadhi
bliss experience
early in my life that has allowed me to understand the profound
depth of this spiritual experience. Reaching Samadhi it's like climbing Mount Everest.
It's not impossible, yet depending on your skill set, it can be
a highly technical spiritual inner climb. You must be ruthless,
radical, rebellious and 100% devoted to the peak otherwise you
will only remain halfway there.
The highest
state of consciousness is actually our real inner nature, so its our right to
access it at anytime. One simply needs to open the Sushuma
channel within, and bring the mind to stillness in that space.
The path is arduous and requires being immersed in the moment,
listening to our higher Self, and follow the natural flow of
this listening and what the body needs in each new moment. What
physically manifests is a blissful experience of breath, sound
and movement from one asana to the next.
While you're engaged in doing your Samadhi
Yoga practice, the body will automatically move into each new
asana. By simply attuning to the sensual and sexual bliss
aroused through your breath, the body will naturally heal, find
exactly what it needs and restore natural balance. There is no
need to control the body and contort it into specific
pre-fabricated postures.
The real Samadhi Yoga practice is all
natural, organic and spontaneous. It is devoted to living in pure
orgasmic bliss in awareness
of all that is. Your entire life, the whole Universe, and the
field of vast emptiness is present in your practice. This is how it becomes a conscious yet
active aspect of your daily reality, making your life a walking talking breathing
meditation.
Anyone can find this divine connection
through a deep enough surrender of the mind to the body.
The benefits of Samadhi Yoga are profound and much easier than
what you may have previously believed it to be. If you are
not finding this awesome experience through your daily yoga
practice you may be trying to hard.
Efforting to attain something is another
way of communicating to the Universe that you are not there yet.
Finding Samadhi can be as simple as letting go of your inner
striving over-achiever and accepting yourself on the deepest
levels just as you are.
The experience of Samadhi is completely
outrageous and unbelievable. On many levels, it is the
reason we each came to this planet. The bliss that is
found in the Samadhi experience is one that every human being
must experience in a lifetime.
